Job Responsibilities:
Schedule patients for surgery; obtain pre-authorization from insurance company, collect encounter forms for billing purposes. Schedules office appointments for patients. Handles dictation; resolve patient inquiries; correspondence; preparation of various patient related forms; process CME requests and reimbursement for doctors. Serve as translator when needed.
