Scheduling an Appointment
Patients can call CRT Surgical Associates at 718-445-0220 to speak with one of our clinical coordinators and schedule and appointment.   When calling the office, an automated phone menu helps direct callers to the appropriate person. Patients will be asked about type of insurance, the reason for referral, and the referring doctor. Patients who do not speak English should have a family member attend the appointment whenever possible.

Parking
Parking is available on the street near the office or in the hospital parking lot for a fee. If you are having a radiology procedure on that day you can park in the hospital lot for a reduced rate
